Togg Starts Exporting to Germany: First 100 Vehicles Depart by Train!

Trade Minister Ömer Bolat announced the start of exports of Türkiye's domestically produced Togg car to Germany. The first batch of 100 vehicles has been shipped to Europe, with this number expected to reach nearly 1,000 by the end of the year.
🚗 First batch of Togg vehicles sent to Germany by train: 100 vehicles sent by train
In his statement at the opening of Turkey Innovation Week 2025, Trade Minister Ömer Bolat announced that Togg has taken a historic step in its exports. Bolat said, "According to the information I just received from Togg CEO Gürcan Karakaş, the first batch of 100 vehicles has been exported by train to Germany, the country where the automobile was invented. We expect this number to approach 1,000 by the end of the year."
Togg's export news is considered a significant milestone in Türkiye's domestic and national automobile brand's entry into the European market.
💬 Minister Bolat: “Thanks to our President and those who contributed”
In his statement, Minister Bolat drew attention to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's vision and made the following statements:
“We extend our congratulations to our President, who is the originator of the dream of Türkiye’s first domestic car, as well as to the founding companies, organizations and all employees who contributed.”
At the event, it was also emphasized that the rate of artificial intelligence usage in Türkiye had tripled compared to 2021, reaching 7.5 percent, and that R&D and innovation investments were accelerating.
🕊️ “The ceasefire in Gaza is welcome”
In his speech, Minister Bolat also touched upon the ceasefire expected to come into effect in Gaza:
"This ceasefire will be a breath of fresh air for the people of Gaza after more than 730 days of Israeli genocide. As Türkiye, we will continue to stand with Palestine."
Bolat also reminded that since May 2, 2024, trade with Israel has been completely halted and Turkish ports have been closed to ships carrying weapons to Israel.
🧠 “Artificial Intelligence Usage on the Rise in Türkiye”
At the event, innovation and digital transformation were discussed as part of Turkey Innovation Week 2025, organized with the theme "Tomorrow: Now." Minister Bolat said, "The rate of companies using artificial intelligence, which was 2.7 percent in 2021, increased to 7.5 percent by mid-2025. This rate is quite significant."
Bolat announced that R&D expenditures reached 178.5 billion lira, the number of technoparks increased to 113, and the number of R&D centers increased to 1,357.

Togg's T10X and T10F models made their world debut at the IAA Mobility 2025 trade fair in Munich, Germany. European sales are handled through online ordering via the Trugo digital mobility platform. Togg's European prices are set as follows:
T10X / T10F V1 (standard range, RWD): 34,295 euros
T10X / T10F V1 Long Range: 40.118 Euros
T10X / T10F V2 Long Range (advanced hardware): 41,200 Euros

After Germany, Togg plans to enter the French and Italian markets. Aiming to gradually expand its sales and service network across Europe, the company stands out with its competitive pricing policy.
The T10X and T10F models, exhibited at IAA Mobility 2025, also proved their claim in the field of safety by receiving 5 stars in Euro NCAP tests.
